Customer cases will be added to the blueprint

Customer reference cases, tagged for market/language/product category will be added to the blueprint at a later date by divisions/regions/markets. 

Stories are created in English in the blueprint but they will only be displayed on a local site after they have been translated and local contact information has been added.
